Our Story
My name is Ryan Stetson, and I’m originally from Austin, Texas. I began purchasing vacation rental properties in Destin, Florida in 2000, long before short-term rentals became what they are today. Over time, what started as personal investment grew into a deep understanding of what it truly takes to operate a successful vacation rental.
I’ve spent 15 years in property management, managing over 900 properties in Austin, Texas, while also owning and operating my own vacation rentals.
White Cove was created because I saw a growing problem in this industry.
Technology is powerful and we use it. But vacation rentals are high-value investments, and no software, chatbot, or automated system can replace local presence, accountability, and feet on the ground. As owners asked for more support, we expanded into full-service vacation rental management and professional photography, while keeping the same hands-on standards that built our reputation.
